Central Office, the "landing"
Our main office is the only building in Bali complete with a helipad on the upper level, aka the "landing". This project incorporated revolutionary building techniques and was approved and issued its building permits by the building department even though it did not entirely conform to the tradtional building code which requires a pitch roof and Balinese foundations, among other requirements.
At 4 stories high, the building itself is 16 meters high with solid reinforced polymere glass walls. Our textile block construction and glazing makes it unique and stand out as an area landmark.
The success of this project in 2004 is now cited as an pioneering example by other projects wanting to:

C151 Seminyak Luxury Villas
Our villa projects have used a combination of steel reinforcement and pre-cast concrete block systems to significantly reduce construction costs. The concrete block system eliminates the need to build forms for swimming pool construction. On site welders, weld pre-cast blocks into place making for a "lego" type assembly.
