At 4 stories high, the building itself is 16 meters high with solid reinforced polymere glass walls. Our textile block construction and glazing makes it unique and stand out as an area landmark.
The success of this project in 2004 is now cited as an pioneering example by other projects wanting to:

C151 Seminyak Luxury Villas C151빌라 프로젝트는 강철 강화제품을 조합하여 사용 하였고, 미리 성형된 콘크리트 블록 시스템은 막대한 건축 비용의 절감효과를 가져왔고 콘크리트 블록 시스템은 빌라 내 수영장 외관 건축의 필요성을 없앴습니다. 용접공들은 미리 성형된 콘크리트 블록을 “레고” 형식의 조립품으로 만들어 건축 하였습니다.

C151 Cliff Front Villas
Using our combination of steel reinforcement and pre-cast concrete block systems to significantly reduce construction costs, the concrete block system eliminates the need to build forms for swimming pool construction. On site welders, weld pre-cast blocks into place making for a "lego" type assembly.
