After many frustrating and expensive months of our power supply running from
our three generators, we have finally been connected to the PLN substation on
full power, this will enable our generators only to be used in the event of
disruption of supply. We all look forward to a continued and stable supply to
enjoy all the facilities of the Smart Villa.

MUSIC & MOVIES on DEMAND
A new and exciting addition to your entertainment during your stay, the
installation of HTPC in every SMART VILLA.
HTPC or Home Theater Personal Computer, is currently being installed to
connect to the 42 inch plasma TV in the Entertainment room (third bedroom).
HTPC acts as a media center systems or media servers for music and movies.
It has around 150 GB of storage on the hard drive; enough to stores hundreds
of movies and music videos available at a push of a button to select your
favorites.
In addition each HTPC in every villa will then be connected to the main
server for an even more extensive selection of movies and music, which will
be continually update with the latest releases.
We are expecting installation will be completed sometime next month.

has attracted the attention of the BMW. We have been selected to assist in
the promotion of the latest BMW X5.at C151 SMART VILLAS™. With similar concept
and target markets is the reason we were chosen from hundreds of properties
to become partner accommodation in this highly prestigious campaign.
BMW will invite 15 journalists and photographers from the best Motor Magazine
publications to stay at C151 SMART VILLAS™ and write an article and provides
some great shots X5 at C151.

Camera, Quiet ……… Action
Just aired on Indonesian television is the very popular drama series called
"Soul mate - Belahan Jiwa" on channel SCTV.
Actors, casting and camera crews along with the whole entourage descended on
C151 to shoot several episodes of the series with our properties as the back
drop in this exciting ever popular series.
With recent other high profile celebrity guests staying at C151 Resort, it
seems we are attracting a celebrity profile of customers, all good publicity.
