September was a steady month for
bookings at C151 although Bali continues it's record breaking number of tourist
arrivals this year. However, forward bookings for October are very strong
with a waiting list at some periods.
The Pacific Asia Travel Association
(PATA) conference generated great networking opportunities and positive
feedback on the growth of tourism and travel, with C151 SMART VILLAS
being used as an example, referred to in a speech made by Vice President
Mr Jusuf Kalla, of innovation in the region and a shining beacon of the
future of tourism.
This month we are preparing for
100% occupancy (21 rented villas) during the Lebaran holidays and the
Korean Honeymoon season for October, running into November.
C151 continues to ramp up to full
staffing, including a new Villa Manager Ms Stephanie Jaton for our
Seminyak SMART VILLAS responsible for providing excellent standard of
services. We have now completed our back-of-house and are fully
operational.
